Overview

Profit Support, as it was know then, came to us with a very big challenge. They were about to launch a completely new system of remote IT support but couldn’t quite simplify the concept. Perfectly understandable to their calculating minds, they mentioned terms like “ technology infrastructure”, “cost-benefit approach”, “productivity enhancement”, etc. Our question to this was how is it going to save their clients money and what exactly were they talking about?

After an extensive audit and crash course into IT systems we figured it out. They offered a simple “boxed” solution for all IT system needs from file back-ups to e-mail recovery and it could all be handled off site 24-hours a day,

Our solution was Bright Box. Along with a new name, we also developed five sub-products that described in further detail what services were included in the “Suite” or if they preferred, could purchase those services individually. We also designed their new identity and sales collateral materials and are proud to report the company found a new sense of clarity, enthusiasm and on its way towards growth.
